Got the t-shirts ordered today--you will have a choice of 3 colors:
Tangerine, lime,
and ash grey. I also got an
excellent price--they will be under $15, and lots of sizes
Weather
The weather has been about 10 degrees hotter than normal, which means it has
been around 95 for a high! Usually it is in the mid 80's. Please
be prepared, although in FL, everything is air conditioned.
Hotel Reservations
Reservations will be made by each individual, using their own credit cards.
Participants should call 1-800825-7600 or 407-996-1600.
Please refer to File No. 514 or "G&S" when making reservations
to receive
this special rate.
A credit card or a one-night's deposit will guarantee the reservations for
the day of arrival.
All unassigned rooms will be released on April 19th at 5:00 P.M.
Cancellations mut be made up to 48 hours before the event, after which time
participants will be charged for one night's stay.
